I am immensely passionate about helping as many people as I possibly can discover the fantastic difference regular exercise can make to their lives.
Personally I discovered fitness in my early twenties when I started exercising in a bid to lose weight. Previously I’d been practically fitness-phobic and was so useless at school sports I’d often get sent on litter-picking duty instead… Much to my relief, I might add!
Learning to enjoy exercise came as an amazing revelation to me and my love of working out (as well as the results it brings) grew each year until I couldn’t help but dedicate my career to fitness.
I have been working in the media for 15 years across a range of platforms and subject areas, but over the last five years my focus has been on fitness, weight loss, health and outdoors. For more on my journalism go to this page.
As a Personal Trainer I get to share my knowledge and experience with clients on a one-to-one basis and there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing the results this produces.
